Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, we are seeking to hire someone with strong customer service skills, who is insightful and pays attention to detail to occupy the role of Sr Catalog and Content Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in a growing SaaS company.**Responsibilities**- Provide supplier support for content and catalog creation, transmission, ingestion/validation, publishing, and maintenance- Manage commercial and operational activities to enable suppliers. This includes workplan, resource, use case, order flow, and implementation management- Understand the system process needs of different customer types and align with the capabilities of Varis- Guide suppliers through system testing and acceptance- Work with partner teams to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and follow through with a sense of urgency.- Produce tickets in Jira for systems issues.- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to communicate supplier-requested enhancements.- Assist the Varis teams in answering functionality questions and formulating initial solution design.**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Industry: Experience in B2B experience required, preferably in E-Commerce.- Proficiency in English for Speaking, Reading, Writing is required.- 2+ years of related experience that may include Catalog or Category analysis, supplier enablement, merchandising analysis, systems implementation, supply chain, or procurement.- Experience presenting information to clients, ideally product demonstrations, is required.- Highly Meticulous, strong attention to detail.- Customer Centric.- Experience in customer service ticketing system is required.- Strong time management and organizational skills.- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work, influence, and problem solve.- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.- Experience in project methodologies such as Agile are an asset.**Benefits and Perks**:- 100% remote work in Mexico- Christmas bonus- Vacation and personal days- Vacation bonus- Profit sharing- Life insurance- Private medical insurance- Savings fund- Food vouchers- Telework allowance- Varis is wholly owned by The ODP Corporation, which is the legal employer of Varis associates._
