We are currently seeking a Stress Technical Engineer Mid to enhance our engineering capabilities.
In this role, you will take a more advanced position in conducting stress analysis on cabin interior components and structures for aircraft applications.
You will have the opportunity to lead projects, contribute to design development, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Advanced Stress Analysis: •Conduct comprehensive stress analysis on aircraft cabin interior components using advanced FEA tools such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, and ABAQUS.
•Lead the development, refinement, and validation of FEA models to simulate the structural behavior of components under various loading conditions including thermal and fatigue.
•Review and interpret FEA results to identify structural weaknesses, failure modes, and optimization opportunities.
•Prepare and present detailed stress reports and documentation to support design validation and certification efforts.
Project Leadership: •Oversee and mentor junior engineers in conducting stress analysis; provide technical guidance and support as required.
•Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure input and feedback are integrated into final product designs.
•Facilitate design reviews, offering technical insights and recommendations to enhance structural integrity and compliance.
Regulatory Compliance: •Ensure that all designs adhere to relevant regulatory standards, including FAA FAR Part 25 and EASA CS-25.
•Prepare and review certification documentation and stress reports for submission to regulatory authorities.
•Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes to maintain compliance in analysis practices.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (automotive background not accepted) Experience: 3 to 5 years in stress analysis of interior components Proven expertise in using advanced FEA tools such as NASTRAN, ANSYS, and ABAQUS Familiarity with regulatory requirements including FAA FAR Part 25 and EASA CS-25 Professional English proficiency, able to communicate fluently at technical levels and prepare documentation.
