**ALTEN Mexico is looking for Program Manager Junior**

**General Activities**:

- Responsible to take care of the targets for that particular program.
- Ensure of milestone tracking, deliverables etc.
- He should present the status to stake holders regularly.
- Should identify the risks etc.
- Engineering degree and a very good level of communication is must.
- Should know the practices for the project execution.
- Overall, he should ensure the project successful execution.

**Requirements**:

- Manufacturing process & launch experience is preferred.
- Experience in technical documents and processes
- Management of scheduling, organization, and internal processes for the launching phase activities.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and trades (stamping, welding, painting and assembly)
- Knowledge of Change Management processes.
- Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem solving.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills a must!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps is a must (Excel, power BI)
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
