.This position within Consumer Risk is for a strategy analyst. The position is responsible for coordinating consumer credit risk portfolios reporting local efforts with global consumer credit risk portfolios reporting efforts to maximize synergies and optimize reporting production.**Description / Responsibilities**- ** Understand Consumer Credit Risk Management dynamics throughout the full credit cycle (Acquisitions, ECM, Collections and Recoveries)** to be able to understand Business Intelligence needs.- ** Understand Global Consumer Risk Management reporting platforms & reports content to gain efficiencies in local operation.**:- ** Interact with Global Consumer Risk Management teams to achieve synergy to optimize Risk Business Intelligence performance.**:- ** Evaluate local business intelligence MIS processes and tools to achieve alignment with global standards and definitions.**:- ** Link local reporting efforts with global reporting and tools.**:- Understand and map consumer credit management data flows, inputs and outputs needed for reporting processes.- ** Lead and coordinate a group of MIS analyst to achieve MIS delivery goals.**:- ** Coach Risk Business Intelligence team and risk management users on best use of global reporting and tools.**:- Ensure MIS have adequate documentation and controls in place accordingly.- Understanding of Citi's internal risk & controls policies and processes and the ability to quickly identify areas of weakness.- Ensure quality and integrity of the information delivered in the reports.**Qualifications**- University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering- ** 3+ years' experience in MIS reporting including controls or 3+ years Credit Risk experience w/ a strong understanding of risk management needs and key tracking indicators.**:- ** Full knowledge of risk indicators**:- ** Strong quantitative and qualitative skills to identify key items for inclusion in reporting. Ability to analyze and summarize content, and ensure consistent messaging.**:- ** Working knowledge and ability to communicate in English is a must**:- ** Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills**:- High proficiency across the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.- Additional technical skills : SQL and SAS knowledge.- Experience in using mainstream Business Intelligence tools desired (for example: Tableau, Power BI, etc).- ** History of success working in a team environment: Self started / motivator with high work ethic****Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master's degree preferredLic.
