As a Non-Critical Services Supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry at ALTEN MÉXICO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing non-critical services related to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with industry regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing efficient and effective processes.
Responsibilities:Manage and supervise non-critical services (pipe network, steam, freezing-cold-hot water, cooling system, HVAC, fire control system) related to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for non-critical services.Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.Provide guidance and support to team members.Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on non-critical services.Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.Experience in process optimization and efficiency.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.We offer:Base salaryMajor Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan)15 days bonus25% vacation bonus12 days of vacation (From the first year)Social SecurityPTU/Profit SharingBiweekly food vouchersApply for this job
