**_SUMMARY OF THE POSITION_**The position will support the SMT processes: Solder Paste Printer, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick and Palace and Reflow Process. The SMT Engineer will support the transfer of products and processes.**_RESPONSABILITIES_**Responsible for the day-to-day SMT equipmentDefine the maintenance plans for the equipment.Develop the WIs for the SMT processes.Plan to have the SMT KPI's on good trend.Implement and maintain the process controls for the SMT processes.Responsible for the safety of the SMT area.Perform process validations for the new products.Training all the SMT Staff, operators, and technicians.Responsible for the correct Moisture sensitive devices Handling**_EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE_**Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field.10 years or more experience on the SMT process.Strong SMT knowledge - SMTA certification a plusHigh machine troubleshooting knowledgeProcess validation knowledge - at least Automotive level.Juki placement machines KnowledgeHigh Stencil design Knowledge - IPC 7525High knowledge on the IPC-610 Criteria / J-STD-001
