About this roleAircall is seeking an Account Executive Market Lead- LATAM to be one of the first employees of our Mexico office and play a significant role in our expansion to the LATAM region.You will report directly to our Sales Director IBERIA & LATAM and be responsible for supporting Aircall's strategic direction for LATAM.You will be the first hire in the country, taking on a critical role in building our local presence. As an operational leader, you will carry a sales quota and report directly to the Sales Director for Iberia & LATAM. Initially, you will be instrumental in supporting hiring and scaling a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.This position is based in Mexico City (Polanco).Your mission @ AircallLead and accelerate sales growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile by carrying a sales quota and executing business strategies tailored to these markets.Provide strategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director, to adapt Aircall's vision and strategy for the region.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market.Drive organizational scale through detailed forecasting and reporting on critical metrics to ensure sustained growth and operational efficiency.As we expand our presence in LATAM, you will support the hiring and development of top talent, laying the foundation for a world-class sales organization.Foster a strong, positive company culture, ensuring Aircall's values resonate across this new market.Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market, the competitive landscape, and key trends in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile to keep Aircall at the forefront of industry developments.A little more about youProven track record as a top-performing sales representative, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.Extensive experience as Account Executive in the SMB and SaaS mid-market sectors, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to Latin American countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Latin America (LATAM).Experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
