Multipli began in Australia and has expanded to Europe and North America in just the last few years and we're looking for recent graduates to join our growing North America team
**Job description**
- Assist in the achievement of budgeted targets.
- Submit credit proposals in a manner consistent with the credit policy.
- Preparation and execution of customer payment plans, including liaising with the client and/or vendor to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Arrange for prompt funding of payment plans.
- Overcome any objections raised by customers to ensure that the maximum number of orders are processed using Payments Plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor personnel and their customers to secure repeat business.
- Manage the full life cycle of the customer's interaction with Multipli and ensure excellence in customer service.
- Attend to any mid-term customer needs.
- Assist with collection activities for late payers.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities related to a rapidly growing business.
- Assist with weekly/monthly reporting where necessary.

- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Strong oral communication skills, particularly negotiation, presentation, consultation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
- Strong written communication skills - particularly negotiation, presentation, consultation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
- Effective planning, prioritizing, and time management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- An understanding of the leasing/finance industry and small ticket credit analysis.
- Ability to create and support effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed, innovative, and service orientated.
- Strong computer literacy.
- CRM experience preferable.
- Ability to take on various ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
