The NPD Group provides the world's most successful brands with leading market research, combining consumer and retail point-of-sale data with analytic solutions to interpret today's market trends while anticipating tomorrow's.Position OverviewThis position will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:Build strong, long-term relationships with existing client contacts and uncover new buying centers.Analyze and interpret Point-of-Sale and Consumer Panel data to clearly articulate issues and findings to internal teams and clients.Support the account team in exceeding planned revenue targets for assigned accounts and identifying new business opportunities.Partner with cross-functional departments and teams to ensure success for the business.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years of market research experience within client services, account management or sales.Knowledge of or experience within the Technology or Home industry a plus.Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights using Point-of-Sale and consumer panel data.Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas.Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences.Demonstrated success in contract negotiations and account planning. (Desirable)Ability to influence and persuade others, particularly in high-pressure situations.Proven history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
