Accountant

The Aerospace Defense and Marine (AD&M) business of TE connectivity are leaders in the development and engineering of a comprehensive portfolio of contactors, relays, sensors, fiber optics, wires, cables, antennas, circuit protectors and moldings for harsh environments. We have a global customer base with over 7000 employees to deliver a broad range of solutions. We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to run our Sales and Operations Planning process. The role will report to the Director of Finance for Product Management.**What your background should look like**:**Responsibilities**:- Research and solve payment discrepancies and monitor customer accounts details for non-payments and delayed payments.- Work with our internal teams to optimize the speed in which we resolve disputed invoices.- Support resolution of escalated AR and credit issues and ensure timely resolution.- Execute periodically O2C reporting or upon request KPI's measurements.- Support the wider AD&M Finance team in Ad hoc reporting and analysis.**Background**:- Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience,- Excellent communication skills,- High customer service skills,- Experience of Excel and SAP,- Very good command of English- Customer focused individual**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
