Your financial experience matters, of course, but you'll be successful here if you also:A strong communicator, leader and decision maker energetic and tenacious ready to learn Committed to building strong relationships with the people it serves**Basic Qualifications**:- Finished or in process (graduate on December 22) Bachelor's degree in accounting, (or a related business discipline)- Advanced MS Excel- Intermediate English skills (ability to read and communicate in writing)**Skills, abilities, and knowledge**:- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.- 1 year of professional experience- Knowledge and experience with a major ERP system (Oracle is preferred)- Advanced English (written, reading and verbal)- Proficient MS Excel skills, macros, data base / data warehouse or similar- Microsoft Office apps: Power BI or similar**Principal duties and responsibilities**:- Under supervision, performs accounting duties of simple to moderate complexity. Some latitude for un-reviewed decisions is within the scope of delegated authority.- When inconsistencies or problems occur which are outside delegated authority, they are brought to the attention of management. Confers with management to determine the proper means by which to resolve these issues.- Applies knowledge of basic accounting methods and procedures.- May participate in accounting system development, testing and implementation.- May coordinate and review lower-level accounting work assignments for accuracy and completeness.- Understands the established continuous improvement objectives for the department.- Measures progress toward the continuous improvement standards and ensure that the necessary measurements are maintained.- Participates in the resolution of any identified problems.- Analyzes data and makes all business decisions based on such analysis.- Prepare monthly account reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts- Identify and propose system and process automations- Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department- Develops and implements individual PMP´s and career development plans and take all mandatory and suggested trainings.- Understands the Equal Opportunity and Harassment policies of the company, applies them in all aspects of management and maintains an environment, which is consistent with these policies.
