**OUR HISTORY**Premier Hospitality / Gastelum FurnitureCompanies dedicated to the manufacture of high-end and high-quality hotel furniture in the market, our product is sold directly to the United States**JOB DESCRIPTION**This position handles deposits, purchase orders, accounts payable, monthly reporting and also provides backs up for accounts receivable.**JOB COMPLEXITY**Ensure that Accounts Payable is accurate and in compliance with accounting policies and proceduresResponsible for reviewing and processing invoices, purchase order requests, and check requestsAssist with annual audit preparationResponsible for monitoring vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to datePrepare month-end closing reportsManage reconciliation and payment of all accounts payableTrain Accounting Assistant - Generalist and interns in the Accounts Payable processAssist with additional service area functions as neededEnsure independent contractors meet government regulationsResponsible for assigning Purchase Order numbers, verifying correct codes and otherrequirements or commentsAssist with performing monthly bank reconciliations**MINIMUM COMPETENCIES**1 years' experience in accountingexperience in program QuickBooksWorking knowledge of accounting programs (MIP preferred) and MS office (Excel, Word, Google, Apple products)Good organizational, interpersonal, time management analytical skillsGood computer skillsAbility to perform data entry and ten-key functionsAbility to maintain friendly, positive and supportive approach with all employees and customers**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**Have Sentry/VisaEnglish 75%Be an American residenti work in San DiegoMonday to Friday 8:00 a.M. - 5:00 p.M.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $5,000.00 a la semanaLocation Type:- PresencialNível de experiência:- 1 añoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
