Accounting Clerk

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Accounting Clerk.

**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**

Support Bussmann Accounting with Ship and Debit Claims

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Review daily Ship and Debti report
- Review and modify customer excel upload file for claims to be load into SAP
- Upload, match customer claims to Claims entered by Division Audit Team.
- Create chargebacks for short pay to customers
- Assist with rsolutions of deduction disputes with internal and external customers regarding charge backs and Ship and Debit Claims
- Pull invoice copies, chargeback details and to respond to customer request.
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:
**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**

Able to communicate in English
SAP knowledge is helpful
Knowledge of basic accounting functions
Ability to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization
Proficient at Excel

The minimum requirements for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent.. Experience in Excel, Word Processing and related computing skills
