Accounting Executive

BASIC DUTIES:1. Processing the daily journy entires and verifying the purchasing invoices and related document.2. Performing month-end and year-end closing process.3. Recognized the sales and issue the invoices.4. Bank Reconcilation.5. Monthly Reconciliation with Vendor and Customer.5. Assissting to prepare the document for annual audit.6. Other ad hoc projectsEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:1.Bachelor or above degree, Accounting Major related.2. 1+ years accounting experience (Big 4 accounting firms experience would be plus).3. Fluent in English writing and communication.4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)5. Familiar with SAP would be plus.6.
