Accounting Manager

Responsible for plan, organize and coordinate campus accounts payables, campus payroll expenses, and general accounting, accounts receivable and fixed assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and supervise financial activities and record accounting transactions in a timely manner during the month end and year end closures.
- Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return
- Supervise and monitoring accounts payables due dates and overdue including accruals.
- Support accomplishment of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
- Support accomplishment of Internal and External audit.
- Develop procedures and process to improve the finance area.

JOB PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

PROFILE

Bachelor's degree as Public Accountant, MBA preferred.

Bilingual

Prior Manager experience

EXPERIENCE

+5year experience in General accounting, internal controls, and processes.

+5year in Cost accounting and SAP inventory management.

+2year experience personnel management

Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion

Advance management of MS Windows

Reporting and consolidation of financial statements

Variance Analysis

SOX & Internal - External audits experience
