Accounts Payable (Parque Industrial Pacífico)

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Responsibilities: - Manage the entire cycle of Accounts Payable, from the receipt of invoices until payments are made. Manage vendor relationships and respond to invoice and payment queries in a timely manner. Solve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation, ensuring credit is received for outstanding payments and requesting stop-payments. Record monthly reports of accounts payable, payments to vendors and bank reconciliations. Review of all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment, including completing two and three-way matching processes against purchase orders and receiving documents.
