If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling complex invoicing and payment processes, we'd love to meet you!What we stand for:Sustainability-driven: Our work contributes to a sustainable future for generations to come.Values-based: We uphold trust, responsibility, and appreciation in all our interactions.Professional growth: Leschaco offers you the opportunity to develop your career while making a positive impact on the world.Join us and be part of a team that is shaping the future of global trade.What you'll do:Manage and resolve Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections.Oversee customer and vendor records, maintaining updated information in our systems.Ensure smooth operations for collections, including customer communication to resolve any invoice discrepancies.Post and reconcile customer payments, including handling ACH records in SAP.Conduct account reconciliations, dunning runs, and prepare weekly performance reports.Collaborate with customers and internal teams, like sales and operations, to address and escalate issues as needed.Your ProfileWhat we're looking for:Experience: Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable, preferably in logistics, transportation, or customs brokerage.Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI) and familiarity with customer portals and banking reconciliation.Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and problem-solving with a focus on proactive follow-ups and client interactions.Language: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Work Modality: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.We offerCompetitive salary and benefits program (private life & medical insurance for employees, saving plans, Wellness programs).
