Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for maintaining the necessary direct and indirect personnel to meet the operation, manufacturing demand, and customer satisfaction needs. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Maintains direct and indirect staffing requirements. 2. Maintains constant communication about open positions through internal and external recruiting channels. 3. Conducts the recruitment and selection process for hiring new employees. 4. Registers new hires at digital Systems. 5. Manages the Induction agenda. 6. Prepares and delivers documentation to new recruits: individual contracts, credentials, privacy notice, gown loan, Teleflex signature, etc. 7. Maintains personnel files in a secure and up-to-date manner. 8. Manages IT access, assigns biometrics, and work location, delivers bank cards and food vouchers. 9. Prepares and maintains the updated information of the direct and indirect personnel staffing report. 10. Follows up on integration and exit surveys. 11. Manages internal promotions. 12. Provides support in the implementation of organizational culture. 13. Participates in the implementation of motivational and recognition programs, social, cultural, recreational, and sporting events, as well as community activities. 14. Supports as an internal auditor, if necessary.Experiência y requisitosEDUCATION - Completed university degree. EXPERIENCE - 1 year of experience in a similar position (Preferable). - Experience in the medical industry, preferable.
