Activities Coordinator (La Ventana, Bcs)

Palapas Ventana, a small Ocean Adventure Resort in Southern Baja, Mexico is currently looking for an Activities Coordinator! It is a unique resort offering our guests The Best of Baja through seasonal water sports - KiteBoarding in the winter and Diving and Fishing in the summer plus SUP, kayaking, Freediving, hiking, education groups and more all year round.

Our resort has 13 casitas, 6 boats, a kiteboarding school, liveaboard trips on yachts, and a satellite outpost on an island in Mag Bay. The job description of our activities coordinator includes scheduling captains and guides plus cars and boats, speaking with guests in the evenings to confirm their activities for the next day, getting up early to make sure boats and activities are organized for our guests, running errands, and leading the activities as a guide driver and captain.

- managing team and doing performance reviews and corrective disciplinary meetings
- recruiting staff
- monitoring daily employee checklists
we are looking for minimum 3 year commitment and hoping for the right person who wants to stay long term and grow with our family run business - a person who wants to make our resort shine, and take care of our guests, and add their own creative flair. Must speak Spanish and english
