We are always committed to providing high-quality customer service for all our firms.**HRPV** is seeking a **fully bilingual Phone Appointment setter **to join our team of immigration, bankruptcy, personal injury, workers' compensation, tax law, real estate, family law, criminal, etc. If you are looking for a job that offers you better benefits and Professional development, this is your best opportunity for applying.**Qualifications**:- Fully Bilingual - Advanced English B2 - C1- In Office position - Live in Guadalajara or near the city.- At least 1 year of secretarial experience (taking notes, managing scheduled, collections)- Comfortable working with Office365, Adobe, and other computer programs.- Works well in a fast-paced environment and can adhere to deadlines.- Must be technically proficient.- Excellent communications skills (phone, text and social media), also, **excellent with technology (CRM, and other inside channels)**:- High School Diploma.
