**Responsibilities**

- Maintain smooth communication with relevant departments to ensure interdepartmental coordination.
- Manage and control the flow of US dollar finances, ensuring accuracy in international financial transactions.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and present analyses to top management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop and execute global company strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Advance English proficiency.
- Preferable experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Proven track record in administration and finance, with the ability to make informed and strategic decisions.
- Experience in handling US dollar finances and international financial transactions.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in critical situations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial reports.
