The Administrative OA will support the sales process from an administrative perspective. Our Advisors are responsible for Backoffice administrative follow up to our sales process before delivery day, offering the most efficient solution and time of response. We have created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and we are looking for positive and reliable team members to help deliver an equally innovative delivery experience for our valued customers.What You'll Do- Make sure all documentation is ready for delivering our cars on a given date.- Dealing with providers to get plates- Dealing with providers to get permits.- Payment control with providers and customers.- Issuing Invoices on timely manner.- AML (Anti Money Laundry) activities for each transaction.- Documentation and upload of all of it for future queries and compliance- Effective communication with stakeholders for making deliveries a success while maximizing number of deliveries.- PO creation and payment follow up with suppliers and providers.- Letters generation for presenting upon government authorities.- Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners to ensure satisfaction and a great customer experience- Be proactive, professional, personal, and passionate- Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery.- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs- Maintaining Store Facilities: Supplies Ordering, Work Orders, Vendor Communication- Maintaining Store Fleet: Coordinating service, Allocation Management- Prepare customer documents (loan and DMV documentation) prior to delivery appointment and confirm accuracy- Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery appointment- Maintaining Brand and EHS standards and cascading feedback or adjustments to local team- Monitoring and executing ExpensesWhat You'll Bring- Accountability knowledge and invoicing experience is preferrable
