If you have previous experience and are interested in the position, apply!**Responsabilities**:- Answering calls- Water treatment log- Welcome packets- Update oil inventory sheet- Service ticket into UCO spreadsheet- Calling customer for lockbox/key, update delivery sheet, and update container inventory sheet in google docs- Taking care of notes, keys, and services time- Scheduling call-ins for UCO and GT-Calling customers when they are due to schedule ahead of time for a precise day- Updating Fleet Schedule for GTs with upcoming service on a given day including special notes- Making a list for interval changing- Generate account reports forcustomers- Contacting accounts for service ahead of time**Requirements**:- QuickBooks- Excel- Customer Service- Google Sheets- Advanced level of English- American VISAIf you're the **ONE**, don't waste this chance!Application Question(s):- Do you have VISA?**Language**:- English (required)
