**Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs**:**Key Responsibilities**- Ownership of assigned products cells and lead the necessary response to technical issues that are affecting the production of hardware in the Operations Centers- Lead robust RCCA process and provide technical responses to issues that are affecting the production of hardware in the Operations Centers.- Resolution of these issues will require a strong sense of urgency, leadership across multiple disciplines inside and outside of ISC Engineering and robust problem-solving using Six Sigma principals.- Mentor and coach junior level engineers**YOU MUST HAVE**- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent (professional license and degree).- Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal- Experienced in aerospace products and manufacturing processes (+7 years)- Ability to understand design requirements and prepare technical documentation, design manufacturing processes**WE VALUE**- Master's Degree in engineering, Science, Technology, or Business- Project Management certification- Aerospace Product Review Certification- Six Sigma GB or Lean Manufacturing Certification- Knowledge of aerospace materials specifications and manufacturing processes used to build a part.- Experience with NADCAP and AERO industry specification requirements- Source Certifying Agent in Nadcap special processes.- Knowledge in Welding, Braze, Heat Treat a plus- Track record of successful contributions to projects- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills- Passion for engineering, technology, aerospace**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD214674- ** Category**:Integrated Supply Chain- ** Location**:Circuito Aerospacial No. 2,Mexicali,BAJA CALIFORNIA,21395,Mexico- Exempt
