As a Real Estate Consultant for international buyers, you will play a pivotal role in assisting **potential buyers from Mexico and other South American countries in their journey to find their dream property in the United States.**As we bridge international buyers to their dream corners in the USA, we're seeking Real Estate Consultants who don't just work, but invest their heart and soul.**Responsibilities**:- Engage with International Buyers: Initiate contact via calls or chat to understand their requirements, preferences, and goals related to purchasing property in the USA.- Analyze Buyer Needs: Utilize your analytical skills to assess and understand the specific needs and interests of the buyers. Actively listen to their queries, concerns, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.- Educate and Inform: Be an industry expert and guide buyers on the possibilities and opportunities available in the US real estate market. Provide valuable insights on industry trends, market conditions, property types, financing options, and legal aspects related to international property ownership.- Build Trust and Rapport: Establish strong relationships with potential buyers through effective communication and personalized support. Be responsive and address their inquiries promptly to build confidence and trust in Homeabroad's services.- International Calling and Chat: Effectively handle international calls and chat conversations with buyers from different time zones, ensuring a positive customer experience and meeting set communication standards.- Sales Conversion: Assist buyers throughout the decision-making process, aiming to convert potential leads into successful property purchases.- Maintain CRM and Documentation: Keep detailed records of interactions with buyers, update relevant information in the ZOHO CRMQualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.- Ability to understand and explain complex process to clients.- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse client base.- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.- Proficiency in using technology and customer relationship management tools.- **Multilingual skills, especially fluency in Spanish, and communication level proficiency in English and Portuguese are preferred
