Objetivo del Puesto
Agile coach empowers the organization to adopt Agile as a culture shift. The Agile coach uses his experience and influencing abilities to affect the change from a command-and-control culture to a collaborative one. He works at a tactical level with individual members of Agile teams enhancing their proficiency in executing a Scrum and Agile processes. Is an Agile process champion for multiple teams who enables agility by improving ways of working.
Coach, mentor and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges. Will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.

Agile Journey
Scale agile into the OU
Continuous collaboration with the Agile COE to achieve the Agile Vision and strategy
Design and execute the OU Change Management strategy
Agile coaching - Teach, mentor and improve agile practices and mindset across the OU
Health monitor of the collective team at OU level - checking commitments, pace and quality are on track
Be hands-on, engage with teams at a tactical and strategic level.
Foster a continuous learning environment helping teams to inspect & adapt
Growth the Scrum Masters skills
Coach & mentor Scrum Masters in the Team dynamic
Deep knowledge of agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
Promote and coach to design a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust across the team
Build trust and strong partnerships
Promote, create and coach Communities of Practices
Be a strong member and active member of the Global Agile Network (Agile COE, Champions, Ambassadors, Sponsors, Scrum Masters)
Promote SigmAgile Mindset
Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
Facilitating change in new ways of working.
Promote and act as an active member of the Agile communities
Promote the stakeholder management with the PO and keep a close relationship with the steakholders of the agile teams supported
Promote the behaviors to ensure the adoption of SigmAgile mindset
Discpline to install SigmAgile Solid Way
Maintaining rigour and discipline - keeping standards high.
Focussing on continuous improvement.
Develop training and playbook material.
Active and Player member of all the Agile Communities current and futures.
In general be main promoter of SigmAgile practices, frameworks, events, roles & responsibilites, artifacts and tools and ensure the right adoption.
Promote Agile measures transparency, helps the organization and the teams to keep a constant observation to ensure incremental value generation.
Continuous Learning
Continuously learning about Agile (eg, visiting communities, attending conferences, reading books).
Constantly converse with other AgileCoaches, Scrum Masters in general with Agile Network in the organization (for example, through a Community of Practice).
Support, promote and follow the Agile Coach Development Path.
Actively problem solve, create content, and facilitate trainings as required.
