Above all else, we value trust, productivity, autonomy, and fulfillment of our team members so that they can achieve their full potential for growth and professional success.Join us and thrive!**Position Summary**The OAL Agile Center of Excellence team is looking for an ambitious, experienced Agile Coaches in Mexico.In this role, you will have the responsibility to coach and support our Agile Teams and teams of Agile Teams to improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery of large, complex capabilities and associated or independent features to our production environments.To be successful in this role, you will need to effectively communicate across diverse functional areas within Oracle Application Labs and, often, Business stakeholders in multiple geographies. You are passionate about business outcomes and drive results by effective stakeholder engagement, by providing coaching and structure for distributed teams, and by creatively helping them remove impediments to their delivery. You help teams identify risks, coach them in creating mitigation plans, and creatively coach teams to solve problems to deliver results.**What We Need**You have 5+ years of experience in managing all of or some aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a proven track record of 3+ years leading and coaching teams using Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies and practices.You have certifications in leadership and/or Agile Coaching area and Agile training experience. You have a track record of using a hands-on approach to identifying impediments to improving agility and speed of execution and coaching teams to improvements. You understand how to scale agility within an organization and have a track record of obtaining buy-in at the executive level to the methodology to do so
