As the Agile Delivery Manager of Digital Claims for the APAC region, your role is of utmost importance in guaranteeing the triumphant delivery of vital strategic key initiatives and projects for Chubb. In this capacity, you will work closely and harmoniously with multinational and multifunctional teams, as well as collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders, to skillfully and efficiently execute and bring to fruition cutting-edge digital claims solutions. It is through your diligent efforts and effective coordination that Chubb will be able to successfully navigate the everevolving landscape of digital claims. As a valued member of the Global Digital Claims Transformation team, you will have the unique opportunity to actively collaborate and engage with a diverse range of individuals who are all key contributors to our collective success. By working closely with talented developers, the experienced portfolio manager, the insightful business analyst, and the meticulous QA engineers, you will play a pivotal role in driving Chubb's remarkable digital transformation journey forward. **Responsibilities**
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices
- Identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress
- Track and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is meeting its commitments
- Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is well-groomed
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes creativity and innovation
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
