You will lead Agile teams, foster collaboration, and drive the delivery of high-quality products. **Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and user stories.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products.
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Agile teams.
- Mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
