Responsible for conducting investigation to facilitate a response to external inquires in compliance with 314(b), Subpoenas or government/regulatory obligations.Main responsibilities:- BSA (ISAR/SAR/CTR): Analyze, investigate, and report suspicious activity or unusual transactions to the regulatory authority.- AML FIU: Agent and customer post-transactional analysis and investigations to ensure the most appropriate remediation actions are enforced.- Reporting: Maintain updated and accurate all AML compliance monitoring, SAR, CTR, 314(b), Subpoenas reports and journals to support the department's ongoing activities.- 314 (b): Manage and monitor controls and activities to maintain a satisfactory SLA for information inquiries by affiliated entities and persons to the information sharing program.- Subpoenas: Manage and monitor controls and activities to maintain a satisfactory SLA for information inquiries by external government and/or regulatory entities.INDHP
