**Position Summary**
- The opportunity is to support processes and analytics for production at internal. Perform daily / weekly supply chain functions, such as tracking, shortage/over shipment reviews, monitoring aging of raw materials, KPI and service reporting and scorecarding, and work flow processes. _
- This position is responsible for analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks relating to inventory control. These include daily cycle counts, material transactions, interplant replenishment and others. _
**Your Role**
- _Maintain, report and drive improvements to internal replenishment processes. _
- _Reporting on DOH metrics for WIP locations (Eastern plants we supply) _
- _Provide support for service demand by analyzing on a daily basis sales orders & reporting - solving shortages/overshipments, physical & systemic discrepancies keeping OTD adherence. _
- _Performing audits in 3PL cycle counts and physical inventory, solve discrepancies, being responsible for the inventory integrity of all Warehouse _
- _Provide detailed root cause on a day to day review & implement continuous preventive/corrective plan actions to keep operation ongoing. _
- _Develop communication relationships with all parties involved in FW99´s Supply Chain. _
- _Support special projects requiring immediate data extraction, manipulation and reporting _
- _Adhere to all manufacturing policies, guidelines and procedures. Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. - Other duties as assigned by Manager. _
**Your Background**
- _Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related. _
- _English 70% - higher a plus. _
- _Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions. Prior computer experience _
- (including MS Office products and ERP systems). SAP knowledge preferred, being a literate is a plus. _
- Minimum 3 years prior warehouse experience and/or exhibits knowledge of inventory control activities (cycle counts, physical inventory, root cause analysis, replenishment processes etc.) _
