.**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Product: - Management and oversight of the company product inventory, specifically controls and rotates inventory to maximize product quality and turnover and prevents shrink follow FIFO. Ensures the accuracy, quality, and content of all customer orders. Report to Quality Assurance any product quality issues. Receive returns from drivers, documents reason why product was returned, initiates corrective action if needed to train employees on proper operations. Receive all packaging materials and review against what it was order report any discrepancies. Ensure that inventory levels are with in what is necessary to maintain normal operations and production- Build list of supplier and understand lead times for all Raw materials, packaging, parts, etc. Evaluate condition of products and returns to proper storage. Poor quality product from returns will be held on the designated hold area for QA to review. Monitor shrink ensuring that inventory is accounted for; provide coaching for associates to recognize and prevent losses. Maintain all records of PO receive, transfers; - Maintains accurate inventory levels by having physical daily cycle counts and weekly full Inventories and make the necessary adjustments in the system. Assures that trash is removed from floor and properly handled. Process:- Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of the Overall Inventory systems**Experiência y requisitos**- Education and Experience: - Three to Five years of progressively responsible, related experience in a position of comparable scope and size to the Company. Able to learn and implement Inventory or MRP software package. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem solving and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to transfer attention from one task to another frequently without affecting performance. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Knowledge of Food Manufacturing or Produce industry and proper temperature storage and handling regulations. Experience managing staff. Must have prior experience in a warehouse environment along with the operation of warehouse equipment.
