If you'd like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be Brilliant!How You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Collects outstanding receivables in accordance with terms and conditions of contracts, customer payment terms, etc.- Manage an assigned AR portfolio and communicate with customers both internal and external to reconcile AR issues on account.- Identify & analyze root cause of disputes / deductions, while actively participating in resolution & prevention.- Monitor payment performance and financial liquidity of existing customers.- Support reduction of bad debt expense through proactive collection of aged receivables.- Administers established credit policies and standards, prepares analysis of customer accounts, and resolves disputed accounts receivable balance.- Collaborates with customers to improve AR performance and sets up special credit arrangements and payment schedules with Management/Sr. Analyst oversight.- Own and drive any issue resolution that's needed for your customers, by working closely with the other U.S. Customer Operation teams.- Work closely with AR leadership team to identify high risk accounts before they become an issue.- Manage all customer reconciliations and reporting needs that are requested by customer base.- Support months end close/reporting/compliance requirements for Credit & AR.What We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or economics.- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English- 3-4 years of accounts payable experience- Relevant experience with SAP / Oracle- Excel intermediate-AdvancedKINDLEY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH
