Adult Swim is seeking a Production Finance Coordinator to support the Production Finance Department in Atlanta and Burbank. The position reports to the Production Finance Lead in Atlanta and works closely with the Production Finance team, Production Accountants, Production and Development Teams, Corporate Finance and Accounting, Corporate Tax, Legal and Business Affairs, and outside vendors. All communication must be professional, with consistent and timely follow-up. Attention to detail, accountability, and accuracy are critical to success in this role. What part will you play? Schedule team meetings – document notes and timelines for tasks and follow-upsFunction as team Ambassador for SAP conversion (July 1) – department liaison for training/supportAssist Production teams with vendor maintenance and payment research in Apex/AribaAssist with monthly forecasting and cost reporting for five departments (balance sheet and P&L)Maintain team's shared drives and user access to Finance and Production Accounting softwareGeneral admin duties: assist with calendar, travel, presentations, etc.What do we require from you? Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferredMinimum 1-3 years of relevant Studio or Corporate Finance experienceExcellent time management, organizational, and critical thinking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to work independently and adjust priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIntellectual curiosity, team-player mentality, and diligence.How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important!
