This is a 100% Remote Role within Mexico - Salary range starts at $40,000 MXN as contractor with no Benefits**Job Description**:As a Business Analyst QA with 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry is required, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our insurance products and services. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and quality assurance teams, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.**Responsibilities**:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to insurance products and services.Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.Perform thorough testing of insurance products and services, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.Identify and report defects, issues, and risks in a timely manner, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings to provide input and feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all phases of the software development lifecycle.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the insurance domain.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in the development and implementation of QA standards and methodologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst QA in the insurance industry.Solid understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing functional specifications, and developing test plans.Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.Experience with test automation tools (e.G., Selenium, HP UFT) is a plus.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.G., CBAP, ISTQB) are desirable.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
