**Job Overview**:
We are a content creation team looking to hire a full-time animator to create short-form videos and images for the social media channels of Josh Terry.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Proficient in creating 2D animations and motion graphics.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an animator or motion graphic designer.
- Proficiency with animation software such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar.
- Familiarity with the styles of Dan Koe and ability to make videos in a similar style.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create 2D animations and images for social media content in a style similar to Dan Koe (this will be the focus of the job).
- Understand the broad vision of the content creation goals and make decisions on what to do next.
- Produce a large number of animations quickly. Note: More than one video is produced every day, and animated elements are included in each one.
- Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for content.
- Willing to do other virtual assistant and graphic design tasks that are within your skill sets if needed.
- Coordinate projects and workflows with the team.
- Take guidance and feedback from team members and incorporate it effectively.
- Willing do to what's needed to make the team a success.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an animator or motion graphic designer.
- Willing to do some sample work to prove that you can do the job.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage your own schedule.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tasks.
