Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes. Designs software needs for business; provides technical leadership on complex solutions for software development, testing and validation processes. Combines software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Dev-Ops area complements the efficiencies of Agile software development methods.**What your background should look like**:**EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE**- Bachelors degree preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in.net full stack development.**Competencies Required/Desired**- Strong understanding of.NET programming languages (C#, VB.NET)- Experience with Umbraco, ASP.NET Core, Web API, or other.NET web development frameworks- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular (preferred)- Experience with SQL Server or other databases- Experience with unit testing and debugging.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills**Roles & RESPONSIBILITIES**- User interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React.- APIs using.NET frameworks like ASP.NET Core or Web API.- Secure and scalable database solutions using SQL Server or other databases.- Write unit tests and integration tests for code.- Work with other developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.- Experiment with new technologies and evaluate their potential for use in projects.**Desired Skills**- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS- Experience with DevOps practices- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines**WORK MODE: REMOTE****Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
