Appointment Setter

Imperio Mexico is a new Call Center that just got to Guadalajara and its surroundings, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team.

In this role, you will assist with taking outbound calls to get roof appointments, while making sure to disposition the calls accurately, confirming and verifying our Qualifiers on each call, and documenting the call accordingly by leaving notes on every one of the calls.

Follow with future appointments,

You will work closely with customers to ensure their roof is on top of its condition,
