**Your Mission**:
As an Appointment Setter at FBA Masterclass, your mission is to play a crucial role in our client's success by efficiently managing and booking appointments for our Amazon FBA services with high-quality leads generated from our campaigns.
**Outcomes**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Appointment Scheduling:
- Successfully schedule the minimum agreed number of appointments per week with qualified leads.
- Maintain the scheduling accuracy rate.
- Achieve the conversion rate from leads engaged to appointments scheduled.
CRM Maintenance:
- Ensure CRM records are up to date and accurate for all client interactions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy.
- Regularly update CRM records within agreed hours after client interactions.
Product Showcase:
- Effectively present and showcase our products and services to potential clients during appointments.
- Pass the satisfaction rating from clients regarding product presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback on product information and materials to the sales team.
Relationship Nurturing:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads and clients, ensuring the target satisfaction rate.
- Address any client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads to closers.
KPI Reporting:
- Define and track KPIs, reporting on them regularly to senior management.
- Present insights and suggestions for performance improvement based on KPI data.
- Achieve a KPI accuracy in reporting.

**Compensation**:
After the probation period, a base salary of $1500 / month (USD) + variable compensation as a % of sales generated
Total Compensation: Estimated $4,000-$7,000 / month based on performance.
