As the **Architectural Design Manager**, you should have experience in all phases of the design process, including conceptual and schematic design, design development, presentations, construction documentation, and construction administration. In addition to a high level of technical skill and applicable experience, you will be expected to do whatever it takes to make each project a success for our client.**Responsibilities**: include producing graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. You will be expected to use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software and provide construction, schedules, budgets, and other specifications. As the designer you will be responsible for reviewing design requirements, determining best design options for building projects, and modifying designs based on review comments from the assessment vice president.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Minimum of five years of related experience- Ability to travel domestically and internationally- Proficiency with 2D and 3D software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite**Preferred Qualifications**:- M.Arch; registered arch; or master's degree in architecture**Certificates, licenses, and registrations**:- Registered architect- Valid driver's license- PassportTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
