**Designer / Drafter****Work From Home |Full time**As the Designer/Drafter for a home remodeling and construction company based in California, USA, you will be responsible for developing the plans for residential new construction, ADUs, pools, interiors, and exterior luxury home renovations.This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Design and draft detailed plans- Work with high-end finishes, designs and custom remodels for residential buildings- Design Interior and exterior of houses and the pools- Obtain city and county permits.- Submit plan corrections- Create renderings**Requirements**:- Architectural experience- 3+ years of experience in the architecture or engineering industries, as required for the role.- Working experience with **Revit** and **AutoCAD** in a professional production environment, drawing programs, and 3D modeling tools, such as SmartDraw or SketchUp**:- ( must have.)**- Proven experience in the **residential architectural field****:- (Must have)**- Successfully worked with California city and counties to pull permits (a plus)- Pool experience: Ability to do a plan draft within 1- 2 days max- Able to do house plan drafts within 3-4 days max (single story house)- Cabinet layouts- Ability to research, know/learn more about the cities you'll work in, and where to get permits.- Knowledge of luxury materials.- Excellent verbal and written English skills- Must have your computer.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work on tight deadlines.**Perks**- Permanently work from home- Competitive salary - Biweekly pay sent directly to your bank account- Paid training- Fixed shift working US business hours- Professional development/career pathPay: $30,954.30 - $34,900.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you own a desktop or laptop?**Experience**:- Architecture or Engineering industries: 3 years (preferred)- Residential architecture: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Proficient English (required)
