Great people make Schneider Electric a great company. Provide industrial strategy inputs for the cluster / plants under perimeter in full alignment with LoB
Define & drive the medium and Long-Term Industrial Plans (LTIP) for all plants in the cluster in close co-ordination LoB leadership.Includes GSC footprint expansion, rebalancing program i.e. localization, manufacturing transfer projects, regionalization and capacity rebalancing.
Be a key contributor & collaborator to challenge and drive the industrial performance of all plants within the cluster through effective project management & competency development
- Industrial Strategy:
o Define the medium & long-term industrial strategy for the BU / cluster in alignment with LoB
o Drive preparation of LTIP through SIOP process providing pertinent & relevant inputs on industrial strategy and new projects
o Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan.
o Prepare the consolidated LTIP for the entire cluster in alignment with global strategy and local considerations to drive optimization, efficiency and proximity to customer
o Partner with SIOP leader to be contacts for LoB to launch new initiatives or projects inside any plant within the cluster including new products or special customer projects
- Rebalancing:
o Formalize the direction of product location and prepare the rebalancing projects based on the inputs from LoB SIOP process including financial requirements of the business.
o Create power of two capabilities within ASCO cluster
o Drive all transfer, rebalancing, QVE and main industrial projects for the cluster through efficient execution and within the agreed constraints of quality, lead time (schedule) and overall cost (capex & opex)
o Secure availability of proper resources for the projects through plant & function teams and help to solve the priority conflicts with their hierarchical management when needed to make sure project gets delivered on time
o Keep good & strong links with SE NAM industrialization team, LoB Finance & Quality, Plant Managers etc. to ensure high level of collaboration amongst all teams

o Keep track of resource needs and availability of resources to manage project prioritization
o Anticipate needs for future and make resources available according to those needs
o Make sure that we are providing necessary training to resources according to project needs
Position can be located in Welcome, NC Plant, Reynosa, MX Plant, Franklin Hub, TN,or Monterrey Hub, MX
Travelling will be required mainly to visit Plants and Hubs to review progress of Projects, Rebalancing etc. Some visits to sub-contractors could be needed.
Need good command on excel, ppt to be able to make analysis and reporting.
Need excellent communication, presentation skills and strong influencing & convincing skills and ability to push across the point with very good articulation to multicultural teams
