Customer Service Freeway/ FNOL/ Collections

Answer questions, clarifications and information of services/Answer phones to respond to customers reporting new losses or calls on existing claims/OR assisting the customer with processing the outstanding balance over the phone via Credit Card/Debit Card or by guiding the customer to visit their nearest branch when paying with cash.
