**Job Summary**:Main support of the Executives in the preparation of reports, agenda management, projects, events and control of expenses.**Job contributions and key responsibilities**:**Administrative Support to CEO's Executive Business Partner**- Support to organize and schedule meetings and appointments as directed by the Executive Business Partner.- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.- Book travel arrangements for CEO, CHRO and Strategy VP- Submit and reconcile expense reports for CEO, CHRO and Strategy VP- Research and creates presentations to support the CHRO, Strategy VP and CEO's office.- Generate reports for CHRO, Strategy VP and CEO's office.- Flight Department- provides administrative support to RAC's flight department.- Develop and maintain cross departmental relationships with face-to-face interactions and facilitate teamwork on-site.- Supports CEO and CHRO when visiting CMEX office.- Supports on plan events, as needed, for internal and external meetings, dinners, town hall meetings, and special social events by scheduling venue/vendor, budget preparation, manage logistics on-site as needed and act as liaison.**Skills & Knowledge**:- Microsoft Office- Teams- Writing and spelling- Proactive- Time Management- Emotional Intelligence- Decision-making- Communication and Collaboration- Organization**Education Level**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field**Years of experience**:- 3 years in a bilingual environment**Languages**:- English / Ingles - Fluent- Spanish / Español - Fluent**Travel requirements**:- Ability to travel 25% of the time - domestic and international
