Schedules appointments and arranges meetings, conferences and travel. Organizes and maintains correspondence and projects, following up on pending matters with limited direction. May need to establish new procedures for specific work/projects. Handles highly confidential information and files. Prepares special reports and correspondence, summarizing and analyzing data. Communicates with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and community. Organizes and expedites work through executive's office and initiates follow-up action. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. May serve as a resource in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Typically supports executive layer 2 or SL. 5+ years related experience.Position Responsibilities- Provides administrative support to senior leader for assigned function, including calendar management, meeting, travel coordination, processing of expense reports and invoices and various other administrative duties, all with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.- Support payment of department invoices through the department's bill payment tool and SAP.- Support department document retention process and systems- Creates, proofs, and distributes Power Point presentations for various audiences- Assists in drafting, proofing and editing various communications- Communicates in a highly professional manner with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and community.- Provides general office support for assigned function, including ensuring efficient and professional operation of office; exercising discretion and diplomacy at all times.- Manages the utilization and ordering of office supplies, including special requests.- Identify administrative continuous improvements and to develop tools to assist department staff in their effectiveness
