.Company Description**Job Description**:CIP existing assembly processes for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (ergonomic, mechanic, torque, leak test, visualization, tools, material flow, etc.)- Shape the future:Support the daily operation of the assembly associates and processes with hands-on actions for CIP improvements. Teaching associates through and by example.- Create something new:CIP downtime and interruptions of assembly processes and propose improvement possibilities to meet and improve production standards.- Use your creativity and freedom:Prepare and conduct time studies in assembly lines and other areas, develop tailored tools, fixtures and processes for further cycle time reduction.- Take responsibility:Process development and implementation for new product launch incl. associate training (manage process from single part drawing to Customer PPAP approval)PLC implementation and other means to improve/stabilize the workflow, save process data and other important data as determined necessary for an effective process control (Cpk gap analysis).Repair/maintain/improve assembly line equipment as required.- Reliable implementation:Develop and perform assembly PFMEA, assign proper RPN, initiate activities to correct high risk conditions, implement preventive actions prior to Customer claims.Must be capable to execute ongoing effective training of production associates.- Think holistically:Develop and champion together with Maintenance a TPM program for all Assembly equipment.- Create cooperation:Support other departments / functions in problem solving activities that caused assembly down time and/or interruption, attend and lead workshops.- Drive value add:Work with the quality department to solve systemic Customer issues through use of 8D, A3, PDCA, point and system CIP. (analyze, stabilize, improve)**Qualifications**:- Personality:Good communication skills, ability to be an effective hands-on Trainer to the assembly associatesAbility to work in a team environment- Work History:Min 5 years' or more in similar industries as process engineerKnow how in Lean Manufacturing, BPS, TPM and ergonomic principles, basic machining skills a plus (mill, turn, grind), able to make simple tools / fixtures, PLC programming experience a plus (Bosch, Allen Bradley, Siemens, other)- Experience and Knowledge:Experience with Auto Cad, Solid Works or Pro-E, Pilot, experience using an MRPII system (preferably SAP), basic knowledge of Lean ManufacturingMetric system is a must- Enthusiasm:Self-motivated & self-driven- Languages:Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Spanish and English language (German a plus)- Education:Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentAdditional Information- BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives_Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths
