Collaborate with the INDUS Assembly Team to industrialize assembly processes and validate new equipment or tools for new product introduction. Get to know the assembly process to collaborate efficiently with: Responsible for writing and maintaining technical information of Work Instructions for the Assembly Area in compliance with SPS.Responsible for updating the deliverables: Line Architecture, Line Balance, Material Providing Handling (MPH), Process Flow, and Layout.Support the elaboration of potential failure modes on the FMEA.Support the integration of new manufacturing fixtures and equipment in the assembly line, with an emphasis on mistake-proofing.Responsible for follow-up meetings and the status of external suppliers.Provide feedback to the engineering team about any issues or suggestions for improving the product design.Solve technical problems of the process, component, or material in the Manufacturing Line.Serve as a communication bridge between GSC and Indus Assembly.Support on Equipment Validation.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
