Your role at Clorox:
As an Assistant Brand Manager you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our brands. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies, oversee marketing initiatives.
Support the Brand Manager in planning and forecasting processes for category and brand Projects for Dilutables, a growth vector for North LATAM Business. The Assistant Brand Manager will lead Costa Rica & Puerto Rico Marketing plans.
In this role, you will:
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have an outstanding opportunity to greatly influence the growth and success of our brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ambitious brand strategies and coordinate flawless marketing initiatives.
Support the Brand Manager in planning and forecasting processes for category and brand projects for Dilutables, a growth vector for North LATAM Business. The Assistant Brand Manager will lead Costa Rica and Puerto Rico Marketing plans, ensuring our products compete effectively in these markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Category Deep Dives, driving understanding of key variables impacting the brand.- Accountable for regularly updating crucial metrics that supervise innovation, share of market, and monthly results.- Lead local initiatives by partnering with multifunctional teams.- Support the Brand Manager on S&OP and financial forecast input.- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to support strategic decisions.- Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.- Develop strategies for North LATAM Business.

Years and Type of Experience:
- Between 3 and 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in multinational companies.- CPG companies experience (preferable)
