By hiring the best and brightest minds—and that's why we want you!**What will you work on?**The Assistant Brand Manager is a key member of the marketing team that will assist our company to develop and execute best in class brand-building strategies. In this role, you'll be required to analyze and come up with strategies that will help to meet our sales and marketing objectives, also you will help execute this strategies and report on campaign results.**How will you create impact?**- Provide strategic marketing support to the Senior Brand Manager with a focus on driving sustainable sales growth and profitability of the portfolio.- Elaborate, together with the Brand Manager, the annual marketing plans for their brands assigned and budget control.- Close evaluation of sku metrics such as: listings, on hand inventories at stores, performance vs YA, sell in, sell out, etc- Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives and strategies.- Liaise with other departments such as sales, GBU, operations and other teams.- Monitor budgets to maximize profits and minimize costs.- Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects.- Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition.- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional initiatives to ensure the increase in sales within budgeted parameters.- Identify and generate business development ideas and collaborate with team members to implement the plans.- Analyze the gains of marketing campaigns and efforts, creating reports and providing recommendations to improve.- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.- Close follow up of inventories at warehouse and plan generation to avoid product excesses or obsolesce**What are your skills and experience?**- Consumer product brand management experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other pop culture products.- Excellent organization and project management skills, written and oral (both English and Spanish) communication skills, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.- Passion for pop culture and entertainment a must- #LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1_ _**What you can expect from us**:Our mission is to Make Life More Fun with a vision to push the boundaries of innovation, creativity, and fun
