Join our team.CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox: In this role, you will: Visualization and Reporting:- Create visualizations in Power BI (dashboards, charts) to communicate insights- Support Finance function's and H&H Group's adoption of new Elevate systems by leveraging visualization and reporting tools- Lead Group's change management efforts by developing and conducting training to end-users; identify and implement enhancements to the new systems- Design and develop regular reports for senior management and stakeholders- Engage with cross-functional and project teams to lead improvements to new systemsProcess Automation Support:- Work on automating routine tasks using programming languages (e.G., Python, R)- Gain exposure to optimizing data workflows and reducing manual effort- Lead implementation of automation solutions for efficiency improvementsData Preparation and Analysis:- Gather raw data from various sources, prepare for analysis in usable format- Collaborate with senior team members to identify trends and business insights- Learn to develop basic predictive modelsDatabase Maintenance:- Support the maintenance of financial databases- Learn to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility- Assist in updating and validating data entriesWhat we look for:- Knowledge of programming (Python, R)- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and Power Query- Communication Skills:- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and remote team- Be open to learning new technologies and processes- Willingness to learn about financial concepts and regulations- Analytical Mindset:- Detail-oriented and eager to explore data- Ability to learn complex statistical techniques- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related fieldsWorkplace type:Hybrid - 3 times a week on siteWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
